N2  - Vor der Folie der Governanceethik beantwortet dieser Text die Frage nach dem Wesen moralischer Anreize und Güter und den Gründen ihrer Befolgung bzw. Nicht-Befolgung. Dies führt zu dem für die wirtschafts- und unternehmensethische Diskussion strategischen Begriff des umfassenden Anreizmanagements, das die Kopplung zwischen den Funktionssystemen Moral und Ökonomie ermöglicht. Der Artikel kommt zu dem Schluss, dass werteorientiertes Handeln und Verhalten von einer entsprechenden Governancestruktur abhängig ist und die systematische Implementierung kodifizierter Wertemanagementsysteme die Grundlage für die Justierung von Wertschätzung in ökonomischen Transaktionen bildet.
N2  - Against the background of the ethics of governance this article answers the question of the character of moral incentives and goods and the reasons for their activation. This leads to the term concept of a comprehensive 'management of incentives' that is strategic for the business ethics discussion, and allows for the link-up between the functional systems 'moral' and 'economy'. The text comes to the conclusion that values-oriented acting and conduct is dependent on an appropriate governance structure, and the implementation of codified values management systems is the basis for the alignment of esteem in economic transactions.
